Planned System Outage for Major Upgrade Tuesday Night between 10pm and 11pm

On Tuesday the 19th of July, between 10 and 11pm, there will be major upgrade to the whole infrastructure of Gas Engineer Software.

This includes upgrading the database servers and load balancers, as well as the front end web servers. We will also make changes to how the data flows between the servers and systems.

All of these changes will improve the responsiveness, reliability and resilience of your system.

Due to the scale of the changes and the nature of the upgrades, we will need to take the system offline while we do this.

We are expecting it to affect the service for 10 minutes, but have allowed 1 hour to be 100% sure.
