1) Attach and email the Gas Cert to your customer

2) Add and Update your customer details to your database

3) Add Appliance and Job Address to your database

4) Update Certificate Number

5) Set up a service reminder for next year

6) Store and file the Gas Cert for easy retrieval

On the next visit all you need to do is enter the inspection details.

As the Customer, Job Address and Appliance Details will already be there.
