New Oil Certificates CD10 and CD11

Requested by a number of Users – CD10 and CD11 Certificates

On the ‘Create New’ tab you can now create CD10 and CD11 Certificates.

Bug Fixes / Smaller Updates

1) Increased the amount of data stored via the Job Sheet’s Notes and Spare’s fields – so that the notes are no longer truncated if you enter a large amount of details.
