New Features and Bug Fixes

1) Feature – Added Reconciled tick box to the Reconciled tab, under Invoices.

2) Feature – Split Homeowner and Landlord Gas Safety Buttons on the Create New tab
3) Feature – Tidy up of Ratio, CO and CO2 on the Gas Safety Certificates

4) Bug – Convent Quote to Invoice button set the invoice date as 30/11/0001

5) Feature – Ability to set any Prefix and Number for all Quotes, Invoices and Certificates. (under Setting\Invoice, Gas Cert and Payment Terms.)
