User Request – Ability to download property and customer details

You can now download your customer and property details, any time and as many times as you wish. On the ‘Properties’ tab there is now a button called ‘Export Properties’

This will create an file which can be opened by excel.

User Request – Add Column ‘Gas Service Due’ date

On the properties tab you can now see the service due date for each property within click to view the details.

This will make it easier for you to check that all of your properties have a service due date so the reminders will be sent.

We have also updated the software to send you a direct email reminder for those customers without email address. The reminder includes your customers contact details and also the due date to make it easier.

Bug Fixes

1) Gas Cert page, stop the software creating a duplicate appliance if the ‘Add Appliance’ button is pushed twice.

2) Invoice page – improved the error message if no quantity or cost is entered beside an item.

Initially this will be just for creating Landlords and Homeowners Gas Safety Certificates and will work when you have no internet reception.

All of your customer details, properties and records will be automatically synced between the App and website.
