New Certificate on the Website – Legionella Risk Assessment

From the first of April, landlords and businesses where water is stored or used will be required to check for Legionella Disease.

The tests are very simple and are mainly checking water temperatures. As for training, the courses seem to range from a couple of hours to a single day.

If you are on site and doing a Landlords Gas Safety Record it would be a good opportunity to also offer this service and increase your income.
